Delicious Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Optional: Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F or 190-200°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Once the chicken has marinated, remove it from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes while you preheat the grill.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
Avoid flipping the chicken too frequently to allow nice grill marks to form. Use tongs to carefully flip the chicken halfway through cooking.
Once the chicken is cooked through, transfer it to a clean plate and tent it loosely with foil. Let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Garnish the grilled chicken with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve hot alongside your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, salad, or rice.
Enjoy your delicious grilled chicken straight from the barbecue, and savor the flavors of summer!
