Turkey and Avocado Wrap

 


Ingredients:

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 slices turkey breast

1 ripe avocado, sliced.

1 cup mixed greens

1/4 cup hummus

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.

Layer turkey breast slices, avocado slices, and mixed greens on top of the hummus.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, slice in half diagonally, and serve as a satisfying lunch or dinner option.
