 Baked Salmon with Asparagus



Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed.

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced.

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place salmon fillets and trimmed asparagus on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and minced garlic, then sprinkle with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.

Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or quinoa.
